“Blast from the Past”, 7th Annual Blame the Champagne

Hosted by Toledo Opera’s Primo Divos

Wildwood Antiques Center
1244 Corporate/Trust Drive, Holland, OH

Saturday, May 17, 2008
7:00 PM to Midnight

Toledo, OH – Now in its seventh year, Blame the Champagne has become one of Toledo Opera’s signature fundraising events. The setting is always part of the fun, one year a car dealership, another year the train station, one time an airport hanger and the next year, the event is a local warehouse filled with imported decorative items. This year, the setting is the Wildwood Antiques Center, a large building displaying an array of antiques and collectibles with lots of extra space for dining and dancing... we think the perfect place.

During the evening patrons can enjoy a wine tasting while browsing through showrooms filled with antiques where silent auction items will be placed. They can savor the classic flavors of a gourmet grazing buffet and then dance to favorite songs from the past and the present, stopping only for a live auction featuring trips, private parties and more.

Tickets for the event are available beginning at $75 per person. A $150 ticket with open bar and reserved seating is also available.

The 2008 Blame the Champagne is hosted by Primo Divos, a Toledo Opera group dedicated to celebrating Toledo Opera through a variety of social and educational events.
