Toledo Opera Ticketing Policies

Our box office is open Monday – Thursday, 9 AM until 2 PM and our phone number is 419-255-SING (7464). You may purchase tickets 24/7 at toledoopera.org.

Performance Days: The box office (Valentine Theatre location) opens 90 minutes prior to the beginning of the performance.

To reach box office personnel on performance days/weekends, please email boxoffice@toledoopera.org or call 419-255-7464 and leave a message. Someone will be happy to assist you in a timely fashion.

General

• Refunds & Exchanges
  • Toledo Opera cannot under any circumstances refund a ticket sale. All sales are final.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Exchanges are available free of charge for subscribers. For single ticket holders, exchanges are available for a $4 per ticket exchange fee. Please kindly contact us for an exchange at least 24 hours in advance.
• Online sales are available until 90 minutes before the performance. Tickets may then only be purchased at our box office at the Valentine Theatre.
• No tickets will be held or reserved without full payment.
• All audience members must possess a ticket to be admitted.
• Children under the age of 8 are not admitted unless with prior permission.
• Tickets may be reprinted at no additional charge in the event that the tickets are lost, stolen, or destroyed. Please contact the Opera box office for reprints.
• Any ticket purchased less than 10 days prior to a performance will be held at Will Call.
• Toledo Opera tickets are available exclusively through our website, by phone (419-255-SING) or in-person. Toledo Opera does not endorse any secondary ticketing sources (i.e., "scalpers," online, or in-person). Our Box Office cannot resolve any issues involving them, such as lost or falsified tickets.

Fees

• All ticket purchases are subject to a processing fee and a mailing fee.
  • Mailing fees may be waived if the patron chooses Will Call or if purchased in person.
  • Processing fees are non-waivable.
• For single ticket holders, exchanges are available for a $4 per ticket exchange fee up to 24 hours before the performance.

Discounts

• Group Rates: Groups of 10 or more are eligible for a discount of 10%. For more information on Groups, or to make a reservation, please click here.
• Seniors: Seniors 65 years and older are eligible for a 10% discount off of single ticket prices. This discount is available by phone, online, or in person.
• Military: Military members are eligible for a 10% discount off of single ticket prices. This discount is available by phone, online, or in person.
• Student Rush: Student Rush (when available) is $20 cash only with a valid student ID.
  • Student rush cannot be pre-purchased
  • Student Rush (if available) will be sold 30 minutes prior to the performance.
  • Patrons may call the box office to check availability.
