Community Events

Toledo Opera is so much more than the mainstage. Through free and low-cost events, we bring the magic of opera directly to neighborhoods across our region – creating exciting, accessible experiences in partnership with local organizations, venues, and artists. From lively Opera ‘Round Town performances to the intimate charm of Opera Cabaret, our core community programming is designed to connect people to opera in fun and exciting ways.

Toledo Opera also offers companion programming – unique, curated events that deepen the community’s experience of our mainstage productions. These special gatherings explore the themes, stories, and music of each opera, sparking a conversation and enriching your connection to the art form. Whether you join us for a free pop-up concert or a thought-provoking panel discussion, we can’t wait to share the joy of opera with you.
