Toledo Opera to host Opera Cabaret

The Toledo Opera will highlight the talent of its vocalists in Saturday’s Opera Cabaret.

The cabaret will be held at 7 p.m. at the Toledo Opera offices at 425 Jefferson Ave., Ste. 100. It’s free and open to the public.

The engaging and intimate event will feature performances by the Toledo Opera resident artists and members of the Toledo Opera Chorus.

Refreshments will be provided and freewill offerings will be accepted. Donations will be used to sustain and develop the Toledo Opera Chorus.

“Join members of the Toledo Opera Chorus as we welcome spring with songs, arias, and musical theatre favorites from Wagner to Bernstein,” said Kevin Bylsma, artistic director for the Toledo Opera. “With each selection you’ll know why ‘Sweet Lovers Love the Spring!’”
